Conrad Ashcraft, a nonverbal 3-year-old with autism, was allegedly suffocated to death by a daycare worker who used their legs or feet to force him to sleep. His mother arrived four hours later and found him lifeless on the floor. The daycare is now facing a wrongful death lawsuit.
