Peel Regional Police (PRP) announced the arrest of 18-year-old Sarah Bradshaw on Thursday, September 19, following an attempted theft of a 2022 Porsche Cayenne that took place on September 6 near Winston Churchill Boulevard and Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga. Sarah has been charged with multiple offenses, including Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Failing to Remain After an Accident Resulting in Bodily Harm, and Driving Without a Licence.

The incident unfolded when the victim, who had posted an advertisement to sell his Porsche Cayenne, was approached by Sarah at his residence in response to the Auto Trader ad. While inspecting the vehicle, Sarah suddenly reversed the car at high speed, striking and injuring the owner before making off with the stolen vehicle.

Doorbell camera footage capturing the incident went viral, leading to Sarah surrendering to investigators. It was also revealed that Sarah has a previous charge of fraud in Peel and is wanted by other Greater Toronto Area (GTA) police services for separate investigations.

On September 18, the stolen Porsche was found abandoned in Mississauga. Police are actively investigating the case and are urging individuals with any information concerning this incident or other interactions involving Sarah Bradshaw to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation.
