Messages from "Sweets" to another individual hinted at a sinister turn of events. Starting at 2:39 a.m. on Saturday, the messages inquired about the presence of cameras at the location of the planned meeting, escalating to a shocking statement at 9:53 a.m. revealing Sherrod's tragic demise. "Sweets" claimed to have been with Sherrod the night before and expressed fear as threats were allegedly being made against them.
