A principal and teacher from Brevard County face charges following a reported alcohol-fueled house party with students.

A Brevard County principal and teacher have been arrested following an investigation into an alleged drunken house party attended by students. Authorities say the gathering, which took place at the home of Roosevelt Elementary School Principal Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, had more than 100 minors in attendance and involved alcohol, drugs, and even a firearm incident.

According to Cocoa Beach police, students revealed that similar parties had been held at the principalā€™s home multiple times in the past. Reports indicate that:

  • One student was found vomiting and required medical assistance.

  • A teenage girl was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving the party.

  • Another teen was cited for marijuana possession.

  • Alcohol was reportedly available in multiple coolers throughout the house.

  • One student was seen brandishing a firearm, allegedly pointing it at another person recording a video.

Authorities say the event was advertised on Snapchat, and students were even involved in party preparations.
