Authorities in Keene are investigating a troubling case involving a local online content creator who is accused of intentionally contaminating products at the Monadnock Food Co-Op. The investigation began after an anonymous tip alerted police to disturbing videos posted online by 23-year-old Kelli Tedford, a Keene resident.
In one video, Tedford is seen deliberately urinating on items within the food co-op. The unsettling footage prompted a coordinated response from the Keene Police Department and the local business. Acting swiftly, the co-op removed the affected products and, in collaboration with the health department, issued a recall notice to protect public health.
Further review of Tedfordās online content revealed additional videosāsome dating back to 2021āthat suggest this behavior may not have been an isolated incident in Keene and its surrounding areas. The repeated actions have resulted in the co-op suffering over $1,500 in losses due to destroyed merchandise and extensive cleaning costs.
Tedford was arrested on February 21, 2025, and charged with Criminal Mischief, a class B felony. Although she has been released on personal recognizance bail, her legal proceedings continue. Her arraignment is scheduled for April 7, 2025, at the 8th Circuit Court in Keene. Authorities remain vigilant as the investigation progresses, and additional charges may follow.
